Is Synchronicity a way the universe found to talk to you?

I don’t know why, but this morning, while walking out of my bedroom I was thinking that I should get a shot of Vitamin B12. I only had two shots in my life because I discovered recently that it was good for fatigue but also effective to combat cellulite. There is this girl somewhere on internet that only swears by it. And by the looks of her, you really want to get your shot! So I gave it a try before the summer. I am not sure that I noticed any positive affect, but that’s another subject! What is of interest now is how small details builds up in order to have the universe talk to you. How dots connects to paint a picture.

What triggered my morning thought was a line in a series I was watching yesterday evening, in which one of the character, while looking at that really terrible looking ghostly girl, said that she needed a Vitamin B12 shot to infuse a bit of life in her cheeks.

I don’t know how the mind works, nor how the connections are made between neurons to infuse a glimpse of thought in my sleepy mind but the fact remains that this morning I can picture myself thinking that I needed a Vitamin B12 shot!

Anyhow, I got to my computer and as I was sipping my morning coffee and checking my emails, one subject line caught my eye; “B12 deficient?”. The third dot… never 2 without 3… This isn’t a coincidence! When things tends to repeat themselves, it is not by chance. It is just that the universe has something to tell you and that you should listen.

But is it the universe or your inner self trying to talk to you? The mind works in mysterious ways. One could argue that you are the universe… I am a strong advocate of the mind to body connection, or body to mind connection in this instance! But back to my specific subject of today. I am B12 Deficient?

Of course, I clicked on the e-mail and read all about B12 deficiency. And guess what? I had a breakthrough!

Sure, before the summer, I requested a shot of B12 to my doctor because I read that it was good for cellulite and that it would give me a boost of energy. What I didn’t know was that all the little problems I have are in direct connection with a lack of Vitamin B12. To be very honest I have all of the symptoms linked to a deficiency of Vitamin B12; ALL OF THEM! The fatigue, the repeated headaches, the lightheadedness, the irritability, the feeling run-down (especially in the afternoon), the memory loss, the brain fog, the tingling limbs, the bouts of depression… I HAVE ALL OF THEM!

I have been seeing an anti-aging specialist because I thought my hormones were all messed up. Yep I am not growing younger unfortunately ;-) I had countless numbers of tests and exams, I was supplemented with various vitamins and pills. I am not going to get into the details because that is not the point. The point is that I now know what I have to do to start jumping like a teenage girl again! And I know in my bones that that is THE solution. I know that the universe, my guardian angel, my inner guide (or whatever you want to call the energy that is above you and encompasses all) have put in place the elements that guided me to this conclusion. And I am grateful for that and for the fact that I was able to see it. Very often, we live our lives without noticing these small details because we are caught in our everyday life not being able to take a step back to see the big picture. It is important not to forget to sometimes take a step back and look at our lives as an observer.

Let me tell you a bit about Vitamin B12 deficiency. Apparently, at least 40% of the American population were diagnosed with it. If you are amongst these 40% and are as ignorant as I was, you will be happy you fell on this article.

If you suffer from tingling limbs, fatigue, repeated headaches, irritability, bouts of depression, feeling run-down (especially in the afternoon), memory loss, brain fog, lightheadedness… Your body may be setting off alarm signals that your B12 levels are too low.

1. Dizziness

Frequent bouts of dizziness or vertigo often signal B12 stores are low. For instance, you may experience a feeling of wobbles when you get up too fast from a sitting position. You may also feel dangerously dizzy walking up or down stairs. 2. Forgetfulness

Sure, we all get those occasional “brain farts.” However, chronic forgetfulness may indicate a deeper medical issue. Many patients suffering B12 deficiency often jump to the conclusion they have early onset dementia or Alzheimer’s, especially in their senior years.

3. Unexplained Fatigue Ever had a good night’s sleep followed by a day of yawning and dragging your feet? If that constant fatigue continues for days and weeks, it may be the result of B12 deficiency. It’s due to a lack of red blood cell production... one of B12’s responsibilities… meaning oxygen transport to your organs is lacking, causing extreme fatigue. 4. Vision Issues No, there isn’t something in your eye causing the spotting, blurred and double vision. Low B12 stores can lead to vision changes and actually damage vision. Causing even retinal damage if blood vessels in the eye become blocked. That means you may experience light sensitivity, blurred or double vision, tracers or shadows, which all result from damage to the optic nerve. 5. Pins and Needles It’s common to experience pins and needles if you sit cross-legged for far too long. However, pins and needles (or the feeling of numbness) throughout the body when you haven’t compressed any part of your body, can indicate a B12 issue. Numbness or the feeling of electric shock waves can be the result of nerve damage in B12 deficient patients. All leading back to poor red blood cell production from a lack of B12.

Getting the right amount of Vitamin B12 has been shown to help with the following:

Another thing that you should know, is that it is not easy to absorb properly Vitamin B12. Most pills are inefficient, that is why injection is the preferred method of supplementation.

Ok, now that you have the main information on how to get a boost of energy, let’s all start jumping like teenage girls.

So THANK YOU UNIVERSE FOR BRINGING THIS INFORMATION TO ME JUST WHEN I NEEDED IT!

In the meantime, have a good day.

Until next time.
